Lucio is an experienced industry leader and practitioner in infrastructure asset management. Lucio has 30 years of practical experience in managing the asset life cycle of large complex infrastructure and facility asset organisations. His skills are extensive, showed through years of experiences operating as both the asset owners representative and as an operational and maintenance service provider. This has shaped Lucio as a versatile leader with his extensive experience in asset, risk and contract development, tendering and management. He is a dedicated, forward thinking, and talented professional leader who has led several change management projects. Lucio’s experience includes program management, asset management covering arenas such as development and implementation of safety management systems in a regulatory environment, developing strategic asset management frameworks and systems, for operation and maintenance activities across the asset life cycle in a commercial environment. These have been achieved by applying sound systems engineering principles and risk management practices to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable customer service outcomes for its clients. David Spiteri

David is a passionate, intelligent, intuitive, collaborative, and talented professional and leader with a proven record of accomplishment in asset and contract management, change, innovation within a fast-paced rail and transport environment. Diligent, with a large degree of commercial and financial acumen expertise and experience gained from working both in the private sector as well as in a state government environment. Ability to deliver improved safety outcomes in both system and staff safety. Trusted advisor and leader providing commercial and strategic operational direction in support of short, medium, and long-term business objectives to Senior Executive level. Astute judgment and the ability to read people and act as mediator in dynamic situations. Adept at building strong influential relationships with management, stakeholders, vendors, and staff across all levels to drive a successful organisation.

Inderjeet Virdi

He has excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to formulate creative and practical solutions for complex and dynamic environments both within public and private sectors.

Simon Dileo

Simon is a passionate engineering student with experience drafting in both the civil and structural field, as well as assisting in asset management. Simon’s experience with programs such as AutoCAD as well as structural toolkit and excel show the many different skills attained. In addition to this Simon has experience assisting in the development of strategic asset management frameworks and systems for operation and maintenance across the life cycle of the asset.
